Bert Werden at WineStar had this to say in his June 2010 newsletter: “In whites, one of the best Australian Pinot Gris I have ever tasted – which is a big statement […]”, and included it in his WineStar’s 2010 Top 100 Wines!

Tasting notes:
Complex barrel-fermented Pinot Gris with the emphasis on texture. A creamy, full, intense wine with aromas of canned pineapple, rose petals and lychees. The palate is tight and fresh but has all the hallmarks of a great pinot gris, with texture, weight and length.
